The silent auction will be open from 6:30-11 p.m.
All silent auction items have a corresponding bid sheet. To bid on an item, clearly write your bid number and bid amount on the sheet. Please begin bidding at the amount stated on the sheet and increase bids in an amount equal to or greater than the minimum raise listed. Do not remove any bid sheet from the table while bidding is in progress. After the silent auction closes at 11p.m., check the bid sheets to determine if you have won an auction item. All items will be delivered to winners by the Auction Committee by March 7th.
Check-in for the benefit is at the welcome table from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Bid numbers will be available at check-in. You may give your credit card number at this time to pre-pay for any items purchased.
If you are unable to attend the benefit, you can bid on silent auction items through Friday, February 20th at 12:00 p.m., via our online bidding form, which you can access here.
